Professional Background

Nicole Snyder is a Director with Gleason & Associates, P.C. and has over 14 years of experience in the areas of accounting, assurance, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, due diligence, taxation, and litigation support. Nicole joined the firm in October 2007 and primarily manages litigation support projects. Her experience in litigation engagements includes the determination of lost profits and financial damages arising from disputes in a variety of industries for both breach of contract allegations and insurance recovery claims. Nicole has also performed analysis work for business contracts, tax return filings and financial reporting and projections.

Prior to joining Gleason & Associates, Nicole worked in the assurance practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP in for both private and SEC clients in various industries including banking, manufacturing, construction, retail, land development, and telecommunications. She also worked in the tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP, primarily in the partnership area. In addition, Nicole was the financial controller of a mid-size manufacturing company in the Pittsburgh area for five years. Her experience includes cost accounting analysis, inventory management, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, business valuation, business acquisitions, joint venture and royalty contracts, and risk management.

Nicole is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
