Professional Background

Lauren Fernandes, a Staff II Consultant with Gleason & Associates, joined the firm in September 2008. Lauren is primarily focused in Forensic Accounting and Reorganization engagements. She is the project coordinator on a multimillion-dollar asbestos litigation engagement and is responsible for managing financial data related to asbestos claims as well as facilitating organization within the engagement.

Prior to joining Gleason & Associates, Lauren worked as Assistant to the Controller of a small manufacturing company in the Chicago area. Her experience includes billing, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable.

Lauren began her career with Gleason & Associates as a Paraprofessional and was quickly promoted to Staff Consultant after demonstrating strong analytical skills, conscientiousness, and dedication.
